Terms of Service

What this document is

These terms govern your use of Groviglobal as a tenant (an organization that signs up and runs a store, website, or other module on the platform) and as a visitor to any tenant's storefront. By using Groviglobal you agree to these terms.

Groviglobal is in active early-access. We may change these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will move forward. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your organization. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email support@groviglobal.com and we'll lock it within one business day.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current. Using a fake business name or impersonating another company is grounds for immediate suspension.

What you can use Groviglobal for

You may use Groviglobal to operate a legitimate business — sell physical or digital goods, publish a website, manage orders and customers, and accept payments through enabled gateways.

You may not use Groviglobal to: sell items prohibited by our payment partners (drugs, weapons, fraud-related services); transmit malware or attempt to compromise the platform; scrape other tenants' storefronts at scale; spam customers or visitors; circumvent rate limits or feature gating. We reserve the right to suspend any organization that violates these rules.

Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Each module you enable starts with a 90-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of that module requires an active subscription on a paid plan. We'll surface this clearly inside your dashboard before the trial ends.

Payments to Groviglobal (subscription fees) are handled separately from payments to your storefront (orders from your customers). Your customers pay you through the gateways you enable; Groviglobal doesn't hold those funds.

Your data

You own the data you and your customers put into Groviglobal — products, orders, customer records, content. We store it on your behalf and only access it to operate the service or to investigate suspected abuse. For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time by contacting support@groviglobal.com. We'll provide a structured dump within seven days.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't commit to a contractual uptime SLA during the pilot phase. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance when feasible. Emergency maintenance may happen without notice.

Termination

You can close your organization at any time from Settings → Account (or by emailing us if that surface isn't available yet). We'll keep your data accessible for 30 days after closure in case you want to reactivate, then delete it.

We may suspend or terminate organizations that violate these terms or that put the platform or other tenants at risk. We'll explain the reason whenever we can.

No warranty

Groviglobal is provided as is. While we work hard to keep the service stable and correct, we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Groviglobal is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
