Common questions
How does the 90-day free trial work?
You get full access to every Phase 1 module for 90 days, no credit card. After the trial, pick a plan or your store stays in read-only mode until you do.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a free {your-shop}.groviglobal.com subdomain that works out of the box. On the Growth plan and above you can connect any custom domain you own — we walk you through the DNS setup.
Which payment methods do you support?
Out of the box: cash on delivery and Stripe (cards). Tenant admins can switch payment methods on or off per store. More gateways are on the roadmap.
Do you support Arabic and right-to-left layouts?
Yes. The signup flow lets you pick English or العربية, and your store can serve either or both — the storefront UI flips RTL automatically when Arabic is the active language.
Can my team have different roles?
Yes. Each org has Owner, Admin, Manager, and Viewer roles built in. You control who can edit products, fulfil orders, manage domains, or just read reports.
Where is my data stored?
Your data lives in EU data centers (Frankfurt) on managed Postgres with full row-level security. Your tenant data is strictly isolated from every other tenant.
